It seems like most stores sell the rainbow bands, usually in the kids section, toys, crafts, or near the registers.
The ebay prices aren't bad, a lot of stores sell them for about that price but sometimes you can get them for about half of that. I paid $1 for 300 but it's not worth going out of your way for a few bucks. |
