Yorkies can be stubborn but love and training will be enough. Don't let this poor girl go back to the shelter she just needs time. She might have been trained at one point but lost training at the shelter. Or she might have been a puppy mill dog you never know give her time and firm training. Petsmart has some puppy training classes they are great.
