On Sunday we rescued a 5 year old little girl. She was a breeder and her owner died so this couple took her and 3 other yorkies. These people had no idea how to take care of her..They fed her purina dog chow and bread for treats..They had her for 6 months and she had another litter which they sold the puppies at 6 weeks old!!
This little girl is a mess :-( she is at the vet as we speak with really bad molars which are getting extracted, her ears are full of gunk where she is having trouble hearing so they are cleaning them out and i just got a phone call that her anal glands are very impacted that they will take care of that too! Her coat was filthy and her hair was all in her eyes where you couldn't even see them.
I just feel blessed to have found her so I can give her a good life!
Once her medical issues are taken care of we will be off to the groomer on saturday. Ive only had her for 3 days but i couldn't imagine my life without her. She get's along good with my little Sophie too! Oh and we named her Sasha
