I do not know where you have been getting your information. I have read that you can take the puppy from the mother at least 8 weeks. This breeder is a family that breeds as a hobby. So they do not need genetic testing.... They treat their pets very nice. I even have a link to an article saying its okay at 8 weeks
I have also had a puppy that has been 8 weeks old and they are just fine.... I just needed to know. How Yorkies act as puppies but I guess this is not the right website for me to get good information.
