I ate too much rice at lunch today. My tummy is "thanking" me for it now. Shouldn't have drank so much last night in the first place! That's why I was craving carbs.

I'm going to have oven roasted veggies for dinner tonight. Ugh I feel like crap today.
Have you guys noticed that your body rejects fast food now? I mean of course I love to eat it bc it's so bad for you good. LOL But after I eat it, my body freaks out. Cramping, bloating/gas, etc. Didn't happen before.
