So we are having sewage problems at our house. the land lord is on it, but he i getting ready to put some Lime out on the ground to kill the odor. I want to know if this is dangerous for my dogs or what precautions I need to take.

I already am begin very careful about even letting them out because of the sewage. When I have to let them out, no other choice. I watch to make sure they dont lick anything, only let the stay out as long as needed to do their duty and then wash their feet the second they come in.
