Patti, There is a ointment cream that is good for allergic rashes and itching…maybe Jack can get that from his doctor as it is a prescription. The one my doctor prescribed was Triamcinolone Acetonide Cream USP. Just a little goes along way and it helped me greatly. I don't know if he can have this but asking the doctor won't hurt.
Oh, forgot to say I have Jack in my prayers.
