A reputable breeder does genetic and health testing to make sure there puppies are as healthy as can be and have health guarantees. A reputable breeder usually sells pups from $1,000 to $2,000 cheaper pumps seem great but it normally means the breeder is skimping on there care and not doing health and genetic testing which means your more likely to get a sick pup. You should find a breeder and then wait for a pup if you have to. Is the pup supposed to be a gift? Have you tried the ytca.org?
