I was really worried about my little girl, as well, but her recovery from the spay surgery has been steady. I kept onesies and a diaper on her--no cone--and she was comfortable. The incision is hardly noticeable now (although I can still feel the sutures under her skin) and she's returned to her normal, energetic behavior. I hope your little one's recovery is as smooth.
