Hi.
I have a 14 year old Yorkie named Bear too. Oddly enough he's also a picky eater and always has been. One thing he loves is anything with sweet potato in it. There are a bunch of people on here that are way more knowledgeable about food than I am so I'll leave the suggesting to them.
