There and Gatlinburg which are side by side are also good pup friendly places. You can rent cabins for cheaper than hotel prices and they are dog friendly and no worries about maids that might let your little one escape.
Guinness has gone with us tons of times in fact the little lady that owns the puppy bakery knows him by name at this point
