They say they don't want to poison their pups...yet they don't stop to think about the poison that will be needed to get rid of the heartworms if they get them. Totally agree. The gold standard recommendation is to give a puppy a hw prevention medicine every month of every year for every year of that dog's life. Anything less really isn't acceptable.
