If her gums are bleeding, it can be a sign of gingivitis. If she doesn't get a dental done by a vet soon, it can lead to periodontal disease which can cause harm to the major organs & bring on serious disease. She also might need some teeth pulled & non anesthesia cleaning can't perform those procedures.
