One way to tell the difference is that with a reverse sneeze you can see the chest inflating on inspiration. They are breathing in and out rapidly. With CT, they usually have trouble getting air in and are coughing.
As for xrays, they can show CT, but not always. The only definite way to diagnose is with a flouroscopy that shows inspiration and expiration. |
