Lilah is 5 months old and recently started doing this honking noise, not too often so I haven't been able to catch on video yet. It seems to happen when she eats/drinks and when she runs around. It's like a couple of honking sounding coughs and then is sometimes followed by a gag sound (like she is gonna vomit, but doesn't).

I'm going to take her to the vet this week but if she doesn't make the sound there can they tell what it is? Or would they need to do an X-ray? Wondering if I should get pet insurance now (since I was considering it anyway)
