I am sure it is a scam website. Research I did showed the website was just registered on 02/17/14 and the country of the IP address is Germany , DE , EU.
Who would be crazy enough to just click 'Buy' and give them all their credit card information. I hate these scammers. Sadly there are people out there naive enough to fall for it.
