I went through the same thing, I had 2 babies, my alpha girl asked for EVEVERYTHING, and the 2nd one did nothing but reaped the benefits of the alpha's hard work, in fact the 2nd one never talk, except to bark at a fly that flew over Alaska, if not for that barking I would have thought the 2nd one had no voice. The alpha passed, the other mourned for 7 months, asked for nothing, got NO TREATS (unless I thought of it) after 7 months of not getting treats on a reg. basis, she started the whining, the barking, pawing at where the treats were kept, she was relentless until she got what she wanted, she learned "if I don't ask, I don't get" Don't fret, it may take months like it did with my one, you have 2, it takes time, they will get back to normal and one my take the lead, perhaps both will or they may even take turns, (and this could even be enjoyable for you to see which "follower" will take the lead) BUT they will come around, Don't worry about Darley's eating habits, he WILL eat if he is hungry enough. You have to be STRONG on this, it was very hard on me to NOT GIVE, but my baby had to learn "you want, you ask". Yorkies bounce back, it my take time, they have to become independent, and you have to help them in that, it is us pet moms that love them so much, we are NOT THE STRONG ONES lol, but you just have to be STRONG, for the sake of these babies.
