If you are breeding for the betterment of the breed, I know if a herditary problem pops up, you find the cause and remove the dog from your program.
Since their are certain problems that run in each breed is it possibly to completely remove defects? Since there is generation upon generation in their background doesnt every line always have the chance of the defect coming out?
