I understand how you feel! We are going through the same thing with neighbors in our subdivision. Their dog is always loose, poops in everyone's yard, and once ran into my garage when I was leaving for work! I had closed my garage door when the owner ran over and said that his dog was in my house! I have asked them numerous times to please keep their dog on a leash, I've also told them about the leash law, but these people are totally clueless and ignore everyone's complaints. I have seen and heard people blowing their horn trying to get the dog out of the street. It's a shame that the dog will have to pay for his owners stupidity!!!
