My baby Sony was extremely ill back in November. Well, she got better and two weeks later she had diarrhea.. I took her to the vet and found out she had clostridium. I did the panacur and antibiotics, have her on special food for easy digestion, and have been giving her probiotics. She does great an then two and a half weeks later she gets diarrhea again. Back to the vet we go.... She gets another round of panacur, and antibiotics. Everything clears up again. Well Tuesday she started having diarrhea again, much to my dismay. I just don't get it. She was very ill in November to the point of death and i spent well over 1,000 dollars... she has had x-rays, sonograms, blood tests.... She is very playful normally and has been till she got diarrhea again. She doesn't act like she feels bad but the pooping is out of this world. She is drinking well and is eating. I am going to get pedialyte and gatorade. Is pepto-bismol, kaopectate, or imodium better? Also, if i were to give her pumpkin, how much should i give? She is 6lbs 7 ounces. I have disinfected and disinfected and disinfected some more and she is still getting diarrhea....
