Hmmm how is the constancy of the poop? If its soft, I bit might be staying on there that you can't see, but she may be able to feel. What kind of diet is she on. Maybe try using pampers sensitive wipes after she goes so she feels nice and clean back there.
I have Gizmo on raw diet mixed with smaller amount of kibble, and his stick together really well so it all falls at once lol. When I had him on just kibble, it would come out in many pieces, and this is what would get him running, along with needing a trim. He hasn't seemed to do it much anymore since I started adding the raw diet.
