I'm not calling AC on them. Let's say if they were living in horrible conditions, AC would take them and no one would adopt them and they would get put down. I saw the dog for a few seconds and I thought it look like it was limping. How many of our dogs here limp from LP or some reason or another that has nothing to do with being neglected or abused. Or it could have just been we saw something that we imagined.
It could have also been that since this older person doesn't speak English that that was just how he reacted. I don't know. But I'm not calling AC on him.
