I don't think we hit him bc i didn't hear a scream or yelp from the dog. It is possible the dog had a limp before. I drive by this house everyday. I have never seen those two chis before. I knew that house had a pug but I thought that was it. The pug is usually outside with the son when he is smoking or working on his car. These two chis were with the older man, I'm guessing the father.
When he went back to his house he led the chis to the side gate, not actually into the house. Now I'm left wondering if the chis live outside.
