I know they can be fuss pots but check the gums.
If they are tacky your dog is dehydrated.
I always keep pedialyte in the house just in case.
If you are really concerned give your vet a call, otherwise, I'd suggest skip a meal and then try giving him a digestive enzyme on his food and perhaps some yoghurt or a probiotic and feed little amounts at a time. I agree with some boiled chicken too, it's a gentle protein and easy for an upset tummy to handle still would add a digestive enzyme and probiotic and feed small amounts at a time.
