She sold a puppy before she was eight weeks old, which is against the law. It looks like they need to be evaluated by a vet. Florida has good puppy lemon laws. I would read them. I hope your pup is healthy. Now might be a good time to look into health insurance.

Your life is going to be so much brighter sharing it with a Yorkie. I have only one now, but Ihave had Yorkies in my life for over thirty years. I wish you health, happiness, love, and laughter with your new baby. Get some Nutrical or Karo syrup to have on hand in case you are seeing symptoms of hypoglycemia. Welcome to YT. Any questions you have can be answered by our wonderful, compassionate community. I am very happy to help you.

"It is the consumer's right to receive a certificate of veterinary inspection with each dog or cat purchased from a pet dealer. Such certificate shall list all vaccines and deworming medications administered to the animal and shall state that the animal has been examined by a Florida-licensed veterinarian who certifies that, to the best of the veterinarian's knowledge, the animal was found to have been healthy at the time of the veterinary examination."
