The initial weight, like three pounds came off in one day so that might have been water. As of today I believe it's 8 or 9 days that I have been back. I have stuck to a strict diet once again with increased exercise, but now the scale is not budging, so my pattern seems to be I loose weight quickly then it slows way down. When I go on vacation with my husband during a week or so he will loose several pounds and I almost always gain about 5lbs, I seem to put on weight very quickly, LOL of course it could have something to do with the fact that when gone from home I go "you know what" very few times. So maybe when I get home and the explosion happens is why the quick weight loss occurs |
Go you know what woman!! I don't think it's healthy to hold it They say that if you hold it too much, your body kind of trains its self to hold it and you can become constipated and not be able to go.
I hope you had an awesome vacation.
