Yes, it was awful, our son was just a baby, and Sheila was so afraid, she might leave him without a Mother, but Our Lord was merciful.

It must have been an awful time and I can only imagine how a young family with a baby deals with such a terrible disease and gets through it. It does help to know others made it and for years! Obviously you two grew stronger through all of that horror and it gave you a heart for others in similar situations. Thank you for putting me on your prayer list, Rich. That means so much.
