I put one on my toddler once to keep him from getting out of our yard. He's now 17 and he's fine, if you don't look directly at him, or if you can ignore the tics and spasms.
He's fine.
(Obviously that is full of sarcasm)
Why would you do that to a puppy??? And I don't care if you don't want to hear these remarks, it's part of being on a PUBLIC board. You can skim over the negative posts while you're at the vet with your dog after you electrocute it.
