You are doing a FINE job!! That weight gain is super and as soon as baby really gets the hang of nursing from mom, you can back down more on the number of times you have to tube feed during a 24 hour period!! Then you can go down to just 2cc 3 times a day, and finally, let momma do her job!!! You are doing just right, supplementing her and then letting her nurse afterwards! Keep weighing twice a day, and slowly back on down on frequency, then amount of formula feedings....until you can stop completely! You just can not beat tube feeding for accurate, safe, supplemental feedings....YOU control how many calories baby gets from you, and they just do so, so well! Constipated? I would back down to 1/2 cup on the yogurt, and add 2 oz of distilled water....that is going to decrease the calories/cc you are giving, but you have successfully gotten this baby over the hump! I would think by the start of next week, you should have baby almost completely on momma, if she is feeding and tending to baby.
