What drug are you talking about here? It would help to know this.
Also, what do you mean about Cushings dogs on prednisone? You would never put a Cushings dog on pred as their cortisol is *already* elevated and pred would exacerbate this; you want to do the opposite w/ Cushings dog. So I found that part very confusing.
