It depends on too many factors to give you a good answer. Every dog is an individual and then so much depends on how consistent you are. Some dogs never get past these types of behaviors. Remember that the more they are able to practice the unwanted behavior, the worse it will be. If you have a situation that you know will set her off, avoid it, crate her etc so that she is not able to "practice" that bad behavior. I think it's a great idea to do agility with her or even obedience classes. When they are bored, sometimes they find things to do that we don't like. But a tired out dog is much easier to manage.
