 Jumping off Sofa
I Have had 3 yorkies, all appox. 11 lbs. but I had / have carpeting. Each one of them would jump on & off the sofa, all of them would play crazy dog, galloping fly on the sofa, fly off the sofa, no leg issues with any of them, I have my 4th one,crazy boy, he does the same thing. It's the smaller one's (5.0 & less) where concern comes in. They are more delicate. Any thing over 10lbs not a issues unless you do not have a carpeted area where they can slide when they jump off and injure a leg or 2.
