You will have to keep cleaning baby and stimulating her until momma decides she wants to fool with the baby. She may not ever accept the pup as her responsibility. You cant force maternal instinct on momma....just keep working with her. Continue to weigh the baby.....I see you stopped tube feeding....it was working great, so I am confused by that decision to abruptly cut off the feedings, rather than spacing them further apart and perhaps cutting back on the amount, to encourage more nursing from momma.....In any event, you dont want baby to start loosing weight. |
