It is the law here too....I just dont take them in for their rabies shot until they are 6-8 months old. I dont run up and down the street, announcing that my dogs do not have rabies shots, and I have never had a vet contact the "Rabies Police Enforcment Agency" that they have not vaccinated my dog....no problem....and I will not subject my little dog to that massive dose of vaccine at an early age....they could care less if it kills them or they have a reaction to it.....and they DO NOT divide the dose so that it is not the same dose a great dane gets....it is against the State law to divide that dose.....so if they tell you that.........
