If you little girl is only 3.7 lbs at 11 months then I do not expect her to ever be big enough to breed. There are so many dangers in breeding small yorkies. You might just let the breeder know that you want to get her spayed. Unspayed females are at risk of getting pyometra.

Some females don't bleed much with their first heat and she could be just keeping herself extra clean. If you have seen any blood at all then she is definitely in heat.

I have been seeing pictures of all the snow in your area. It has been a very cold and snowy winter for many. The snow looks beautiful but I sure would not want that much.
