HAHA!!! My yorkie Cookie is similar. To get around her having to drop all her food on the floor I spin her bowl around (seriously) and let a couple of kibbles fly out, then she eats them and soon after is hungry enough to eat straight from the bowl. My last yorkie Minnie used to pick up her food in her mouth and drop it onto the carpet to eat. These pups are funny, aren't they?
If you ever have trouble getting her to eat again, maybe try some nutrical. That stuff always perked Cookie's appetite up whenever she wasn't eating as much as I wanted. It's an indispensable thing to have when the pups are young.
