Ideally, wait until she's 12 weeks old (keep her isolated till then) then do 1 DHPP, and another 4 weeks later, then Rabies at 6 months, then at 1 yr old, do 1 DHPP, then 1 month later, a Rabies booster.

At 12 weeks of age, I think 90% of all puppies have lost their maternal antibodies, so the vaccine will do it's job. Two vaccines after the age of 12 weeks is what is necessary to establish immunity, then boosters at 1 Yr old, and at that point may be protected for life.

Check your state laws about vaccine requirements.
