Boy, this would get the government ALL entangled in your business!! I am a strong proponent for LESS government, rather than more. At first blush, I am thrilled with this Bill and what it does. I have long said the only way we can cut down on puppy mills is to hit them in their pocket book....if they cant throw those 6 week old puppies in a box, and drive to the supermarket parking lot, or the roadside, or the flea market, and set up a play pen with a sign, "Puppies for Sale", you are limiting their access to making a sale, because it is now going to cost them to take out an ad in the paper, etc. I am thinking this is a great Bill and I am very excited to hear about this!!! One of my dreams come true!!! But, I am very skeptical about the government and how they have the innate ability to "skewer up a BB"....so I will research and review before I rejoice with unbridled enthusiasm! But I think I am very excited!!
