She's not losing any weight is she? Or not as active? One thing you worry about with a lot of drinking and peeing is diabetes, not real common but not uncommon either. You say you recently had her spayed - did you mention this to the vet? And what did they say? If she is acting fine in all other areas I might just give the vet a call and see what they say.
