I noticed just a lil flakey skin when i brushed Hayley tonite esp like where her hair is parted on her back. She doesnt scratch that much and its very lil but I dont want it to get out of control. Is is dandruff or dry skin or are they the same and what should I use? Please help I am clueless on this. I only bath her about every 10-14 days and we use cc system
