Default Annie vomiting - appreciate your advice

Would appreciate your advice. I apologize for the lengthy post.

Some of you may remember that Annie had a dental cleaning/3 extractions in January. Since then, she has begun to lick our carpet every night around 5:00 pm for about 30 minutes. I didn't really pay much attention until she started to throw up in bed every night. This has been going on for about a week or so. I called our vet and told her that Annie hasn't been quite right since her cleaning. You may also recall that I reached out to you guys for your advice on her eating her pooh to which you suggested giving her a few days until the anesthesia got out of her system. You guys were absolutely right...so no longer does this.

I mentioned to the vet that she started eating her pooh after the cleaning, and she got kind of pissy with me and said it wasn't due to the anesthesia....I wanted to say "well, I hate to differ doc, as my friends in YT were spot on!!" . Anyway, she suggested that Annie has an empty stomach at night and to try a small meal before bedtime with a 1/4 tab of 10 mg of Pepcide AC. So we have been doing that for the past three days and she is still vomiting around 6:30pm and around 3:00 am.

I feed her at 4:00 am, 11:00 am and a small meal at 7:00 pm of Natural Balance.

I am not allowing her to be alone and if I can't be with her, she is in her playpen so she can't lick the carpet. I've placed a plastic sheeting over the bed so that when she throws up at night, it doesn't ruin my bedding.

I'm at my wits end on how to help her. I wanted to get your advice first before taking her back to the vet.

Thanks for listening!!
