I doubt if anyone here can give you the answer. You need to contact the following:

1. The airlines you will be using
2. The Bulgarian Embassy

They will each have their own sets of rules and regulations that you will have to meet. If you stop off in another country, even for a short layover, they may also have some requirements that you have to meet.
