You asked for honest...I have taught both advanced drawing and painting so I will tell you what I tell my students...When you are drawing any living thing there is never a straight line..All living things have a shape and the lines are always to some degree curved...the fur on the dog is too stiff and the lines are too straight...the overall shape is okay but you need to go back in and loosen up your pencil strokes.They need to be more curved which is what gives the illusion that the dog has a shape. when drawing the no 1 rule is light shades come forward and dark recedes. I can not see the portrait of the woman so I can't comment....I hope this helps
