Some people are doing this for two meals a day and then eating a dinner. I tried this but truthfully about an hour after drinking one I get hungry so I'll try and eat a little something like an apple or a hard boiled egg I try and avoid processed carbs.

I've used this one by Dr. Oz for low cal: 3/4c. kale, 1/4 c. cucumber, 1/4 c. celery, 1/2 c. strawberries and 1/2c. water. I don't measure this anymore I just throw it in.

I'll sub spinach for the kale and zucchini instead of the cucumber or 1/2 banana or a handful blueberries instead of the strawberries.Really the combination is endless. I just try not make ir more veg based and not fruit based. You should mix it up every week and not do the same thing week after week. For the greens you can use bok choy, spinach, arugula, Swiss chard, collard greens but some will have a bitterness to them.

For some extra added health benefits some people will add in 1tbsp. organic coconut oil, flax seeds, avocado, chia seeds, protein powder, flax oil, almond butter, etc etc. Some people will use coconut water or almond milk instead of the water. I don't because I don't want the added calories. If the fruit is frozen it's ok it will make it kind of slushy.
