"It happened to slip my mind but your child is suppose to be restrained in a car seat." She replies "but sir I don't have a child with me." The police officer looks at her strangely and said "yes you do." Confused, the lady decides to play along with this. Her daddy always told her to never, ever argue with a man of the law because that infuriates them and they usually end up writing more tickets.
