This is the most disguisting, unbelievable act of violence I have ever read about. It is beyond the realm of humane reality, what was done to this poor animal.....including the way his body was disposed of. I lived in Copenhagen for 18 months when my father was CEO of Dansk Veedol....these people were kind, generous, peaceful,loving....this is the very last place on earth that I would have expected to hear of something like this taking place.....I can not imagine parents that would bring their children to see the animal skinned and fed to lions......this is not how I remember the Danes.....I know if I wanted MY children to see the raw brutality of Mother Nature, I would take them to the jungle and let them see how cruel and brutal Mother Nature is firsthand. I will gladly sign any petition that would assure no animal in that zoo would ever face such a horrible, UNNECESSARY end to its life. There are so many different avenues that could have been taken in this circumstance.....it would have cost money and that was what was the crux of the problem I am sure......
