They send you everything you need & the test results will be emailed to you. You can also directly email w/Dr.Dodds w/any questions. The string doesn't need to be soaked in saliva, I didn't use any treats. I was worried that maybe not enough saliva got on there but Dr. Dodds assured me that they got enough.
