Winston goes to the groomer every 2 weeks. I don't tip each visit, I give her a nice bonus at Christmas time, equal to a 20% tip for the year. I feel one lump sum seems like more then a couple dollars each visit and I know how much I appreciated a holiday bonus when I got one.
