As far as getting her to like bathing use rewards. Maybe treats or a favorite toy. Show her the cloth, give her a treat, put the cloth on her, treat, and so on until she gets that the wash cloth means good things. Maybe use it dry for a little bit, just rubbing it on her and then giving her a favorite toy to play with. She will begin to associate the cloth with good things instead of getting her face washed and hopefully learn to accept face washing with a bit more grace. |
Thank you all! ChibiLuv, I will definitely try this next time I bath her. She will be 7 months old on the 19th so I know she still has a ways to go until she's out of the puppy stage and to get used to it. I was just wondering if anyone had found easier ways lol.
