Duh, it was just a few posts up. I thought it was days or weeks ago. LOL
I make one batch at a time of one cup dry. Make sure you rinse the quinoa for a few mins before you put in the rice cooker. You can cook on stovetop too in a pot but I have not had much success. If you have a rice cooker use it. SO much easier. Use brown rice setting.

Ratio is 2:1 water to quinoa ratio. Use a tad less than 2 cups water. Add in about 1 tbs of olive oil, pinch of salt, any herbs you want. Yields about 3 cups cooked. Lasts me a few days. Bf eats it on occasion. If I make it as fried rice he chows down. By itself not so much. LOL I like it by itself.
